Crate plans are priced monthly, with a yearly option that costs less per month. Prices are quoted in the currency of the market a visitor is in: naira (NGN) in Nigeria, dollars (USD) in the United States, pounds (GBP) in the United Kingdom, euros (EUR) in the eurozone, Canadian dollars (CAD) in Canada, and USD everywhere Crate has not set local prices yet. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that unlocks every feature, with no card details asked for. Plans differ on staff seats, locations and advanced features, and every plan includes unlimited products and unlimited orders. Prices are shown before tax everywhere except Nigeria, where VAT is included. The figures shown are launch pricing, still being finalised, and indicative rather than a quote.

Figures above are before VAT. VAT is added at the standard rate of the country you are in, which across the European Union runs from 17% to 27%, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm. A business with a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge and pays no VAT to Crate.

Card sales are paid out to your own euro bank account on a rolling schedule. Your Crate plan is billed separately, in euros. Processing fees belong to the payment provider and are shown plainly before a customer confirms.

No. Give a valid VAT number for your own member state and your invoice is issued under the reverse charge, so Crate charges no VAT and you account for it in your own return.
